Any ideas how to solve this?

Hey everybody, sorry for the necroposting. I wanted to try and fix this, and I thought that the best would have been to start from a fresh profile.
If you dig in the /home/user/.config directory, there is a directory called "linkedin", which I guess holds the user data.
However, on my N9, its permissions are weird, as this folder is owned by "signon:signon", as opposed to the usual "user:users".
I am pretty sure this is the key to the problem.

Logging in as root doesn't help, since when I try to delete it I get "permission denied".

Does anyone know how to delete this folder?

Thank you!
