Speaking of which. Have you been able to get the voice synthesizer built-in to wordbyword to work?
EDIT: I installed gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad-ivorbis, gstreamer0.10-plugins-base-ogg, libogg0, libtheora0, and ogg-support. I think ogg-support is the key. Also the space key seems to be a more reliable way for the application to register the "button" press rather than tapping it (doesn't always register as a tap for some odd reason)
