Well if I run top, the only things using over 1% CPU are
everything else is like < 0.9% CPU
/usr/bin/sysuid
/usr/bin/dbus-daemon
top

Phone appears to have calmed down a bit, maybe it was just having a made 5 mins...
But still twl4030 is at top
In last few hours idle consumption has dropped from 233ma to 81ma (and still falling at the moment 
) maybe I panicked too much, I will monitor over next few days
