It's kinda an old topic, but there is an app for the Palm Pre. The armory app could be installed with Preenv but it is an web based app. So it's not wokring at the moment.
I doubt Blizzard would make any software for such a small community compared to android and Ios. You could try to install NITdroid

peenv doesn't emulate webos though. All games are running natively,
Apps on other hand need emulation.
