Hello friends,
There is already some application for the N900 style hierarchical (tree format) as the TreeNotes and many others on other platforms?
example:

Thank DeBernardo, but you can enter insert text?
MaemoPad installed, but I think that is indicated for scribbles and drawings, correct?

edit:
ah, now that I see is that in creating a new memo that selects the annotation type. (Text, drawing, etc.)

thanks!

You can try notecase
http://notecase.sourceforge.net/download.html
try the free version (notecase_1.9.8_armel_diablo.deb for Nokia N800/N810 (Maemo OS2008 v4.1 Diablo) which runs also on the n900 even if with some glitch
Then if you like it you can buy the closed source version.

I started using Notecase myself just recently (on N810) and so far I really like it.
Trying to 'eliminate' either Maemopad+ or Notecase as they are very redundant for me but can't make up my mind if I prefer Maemopad's sketch feature or Notecase's ability to add pictures.

I'm leaning towards Notecase as it's easier (for me) to re-arrange nodes and levels of nodes in that app.

Yes, very practical and easy to work, but in terms of data security is zero, because everything saved in txt.
