No it doesnt control play/pause, the button only accepts and hangs up calls. Microphone works brilliantly though

small world, my friend form chorley hates my n900 obsession, seems appropriate that wigan should be pro n900

Is the included Nokia Stereo Headset (WH-205) supposed to Play/Pause music in the native music player app or not?
I am pretty sure it does, but as my N900 was in service for a month and I used my iPod touch every day, my memory is mixed up about these two devices.
On the side note: Does the microphone work o.k. normally in your headset and people can hear you in a phone call?
