Did you close keyboard before locking? For me that makes a difference

@Carlito and all others having problems

remove the batterypatch
then
------------------------------
sudo gainroot
------------------------------
apt-get purge dbus-scripts
rm /etc/even.d/dbus-scripts # just to make sure
apt-get install dbus-scripts
------------------------------
and then install the batterypatch

you guys are having problems because you have installed a lot of versions
and might forgot to remove one of them

it worked for me. remove the old deb via ham then follow the instructions, re-apply deb then reboot.

I've been testing most of the battery patch variations. Yesterday, I removed everything, to start from scratch again. But, before installing the latest battery patch, I tested my phone under normal conditions, and it seems very similar to when battery patch was installed.

I still keep speedpatch (the last version before the .deb package), with my own profile overclocked to 805Mhz.

In summary, I don't see much difference. You can see in the attached image, the standby time with no batterypatch at all.

I'll keep testing.

swappolube should not cause problems, try this:
uninstall the deb. then remove using what karam suggested a few posts back( do no install dbus script as yet)
uninstall the patch using the post on pg 1( you might get some directory do not exist messages)
reboot
install dbus-scripts
download the deb again and install
reboot and test
