case of a blocked port.... Are you connecting to a public wifi? Or probably your provider blocked it.

Sigh. Please try searching first, this has been asked several dozen times already this month (and last month).
Note the big "W" at the beginning of the lines. That indicates that this is a warning, not an error (which would have an "E" there instead). This means that it's not preventing anything from actually working.
There's nothing that can be done to fix this. Nokia have not made the key they're using to sign this repository available (why they've bothered signing it I don't know, as the signature without an available public key is utterly useless).
