Guys it's a problem with one of the libraries, try this:
root
mkdir /usr/share/doc/libtelepathy-qt4-1
dpkg --configure -a
apt-get update
Your app manager should work fine now
root
mkdir /usr/share/doc/libtelepathy-qt4-1
dpkg --configure -a
apt-get update
