http://wiki.maemo.org/Phone_control#Make_a_phone_call displays me an error:
Code:
Error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.AccessDenied:
Rejected send message, 2 matched rules; type="method_call", sender=":1.450" (uid=0 pid=3352 comm="dbus-send --system --type-method_call --print-reply") interface="com.nokia.csd.Call" memer="CreateWith" error name="(unset)" requested_reply=0 destination="com.nokia.csd.Call" (uid=3006 pid=649 comm="/usr/sbin/csd -z -p call autorej=0,autoans=0,ecall"))
But with python ( http://wiki.maemo.org/Phone_control#...llular_network )
it says me that "No module named dbus"

you have to call the dbus command with proper Aegis capas, or it will give you AccessDenied.
