According to people working on those drivers, it'll be done next week.

And another week has gone by!

Maybe a blocker issue was found

Then it would be more correct to say 'hey guys, we know what we said but ran into a blocker that will delay us for two more weeks, sorry' than face corporate silence like we do now.

Well, didn't you get used to the silence?

Is there any visible "progress" or blockers? Like driver bugs blocking the release, IP/licensing issues, lack of fund, whatever.

TI releasing these drivers, VMware releasing that demo, Adobe releasing Flash 10 for ARM, OpenPandora launching, Nokia implementing true rotate support...

All things that are going the way of Duke Nukem Forever or the Phantom game console. >.>

There was a quiet demo of the current NoBounds implementation (they've changed the name) at the 2009 Summit. I got to see more of the actual technology being used to do the NoBounds "trick". It failed to impress me.

@qole: How about some council action in the next sprint on poking TI/qgil about this issue (if no TI info surfaces till then) ? If nothing else, at least a communique of what's going on/wrong.
