Don;t know how many others are giving Navit a go on OS2008, but
I have been playing with it , and it works great on my N810 apart from one thing.
If I run it whilst playing mp3s, once I have GPS lock, the music playback pauses at regular intervals (perhaps every 10 or 15 seconds). I have tested Canola with Mplayer (my default), canola with Osso, mediabox with Osso and mplayer. Youamp and media player also exhibit the same symptoms.
Originally I had the Navit maps on the same external card as the mp3 file, but I have moved the maps to the internal card. I have also turned the CPU to performance.
Does anyone have any ideas on what the cause may be or how to fix.
