My N900 keeps defaulting the to SD when using the camera.

I'll change it back to the internal memory, but the next time I go to use the camera, its gone back to using the SD card.

Anyone else have this issue?

Its a known bug and there is no solution to it yet..hopefully PR 1.3 will fix it.

One thing that I noticed that it usually happens when you connect N900 in a mass storage mode

Yep, most of the times, but after a while you get use to always check saveoptions.

it shouldn't occur outside plugging n900 to pc in storage mode or if you manually unmount partitions and trigger camera app.

if I remember correctly, it is wontfix by nokia so only thing you can do is try changing your use cases unfortunately

remove your SD card for a temporary fix. :P

yeah, i have this problem too. quite irritating when shooting videos because my SD card is slower than internal memory and video shooting gets jerky......
