I have finally found a way to disable JavaScript for specified sites:

1. Disable JavaScript in opera:config or through editing opera.ini:
Code:
[Extensions]
Scripting=0
2. Open in text editor file overrides.ini and add here:
Code:
...
[domain.com]
Extensions|Plugins=1
Extensions|Frames=1
Extensions|IFrames=1
Extensions|Scripting=1
...
[Overrides]
domain.com
...
You have to make sure there will be no duplicates of those settings.

If you would like to disable JavaScript for some specified sites do the same but change all those 1 to 0 and 0 to 1.

By default both of those file are located in /home/user/.opera/ directory.

If you want the same for MicroB take a look here - https://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=24405
