Hehheheh.... "inflicts" ... I would say any "open use" license would be more of a case of "blesses with" than "inflicts"...

Right... I was going to change that to "invokes" today (which I meant, but I was in a hurry). Of course, now that you've commented on it, changing it won't make sense... But, I'm changing it anyway!
