why so?
While it's beta(package from my build server, not the garage one) you have to install that manually as I can't force auto-installation due to application manager restrictions: custom deb packages cannot add dependencies.

Regarding N9, in bg mode the gps icon is still on, does this means it's using the gps in bg mode? doesn't this drains battery?

And another question, Is there any way to avoid using gps and don't get the api error that you cannot be geolocated?

Check settings page, there is an option for gps unlock timeout. You can select "instant" (0 seconds), so the gps will be switched off immediately when you bg nelisquare.

You should be able to check you events feed, check your/friends stats like badges etc, but unable to get nearby venues list nor checkin.

Beautiful app!

It functions better than the stock one, AND it also looks great!

One suggestion is to replace the slightly annoying "one moment" bar with a similarly annoying but aesthetically more appealing MeeGo spinning circulangar (rotating rounded rectangle shaped like an app icon) that is omnipresent is other apps which are loading web content.

Back into action!

Lets implement new functionality we all have been waiting for!
Alphas 0.5.0 are on the way out!
You can(almost safely) update to build >= 201304302132.

Hopefully lots of stuff will be written and tested during these weekends

First of all, the major change:
no more "ONE MOMENT" sign!

i Would love to see listing on a map feature. Or Allow you to set a different location than gps.
