A proper announce thread would make much more sense than this but it's his ( the author of power pack ) choice .

Same here but I just extract files and tried installing one by one deb files from 'File case root'.
Is it needed to use terminal dpkg etc.(see first page) file by file instead or (silly question maybe!) is it possible to do it as one package by *.deb?
Have both inception and open mode.

But before trying I need an answer to uninstall question from Schturman #29!

For powerpack uninstallation you need reinstall stock packages from original nokia repo with command: apt-get install --reinstall foo

Created first a folder in MyDocs 'PowerPack' and copied PowerPack_0.2.1.zip into this folder.
But no matter what I do in terminal I get this!
~ # export AEGIS_FIXED_ORIGIN=com.nokia.maemo
~ # cd /home/user/MyDocs/PowerPack
/home/user/MyDocs/PowerPack # dpkg -i *.deb
Aegis rejecting *.deb: Could not open debian archive
aegis aborting dpkg -- all listed package files rejected
Compilation failed in require.
/home/user/MyDocs/PowerPack # dpkg -i applauncherd-invoker_3.0.3+0m8_armel.deb
Aegis rejecting applauncherd-invoker_3.0.3+0m8_armel.deb: Could not open debian archive
aegis aborting dpkg -- all listed package files rejected
Compilation failed in require.
What am I doing wrong?

Garp,

Post the output from terminal of:

Code:
ls -al /home/user/MyDocs/PowerPack/
I'm pretty sure you haven't extracted the .zip hence the issue...

So is that PowerPack_0.2.1 a .zip or just a folder; if its a folder you need to further cd to it by doing:

Code:
cd /home/user/MyDocs/PowerPack/PowerPack_0.2.1
Only then once you see the .debs in it should you be doing:

Code:
AEGIS_FIXED_ORIGIN=com.nokia.maemo dpkg -i *.deb
