I start the installation from the deb file.
Here is the beginning of the log:

Try:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install yappari


maybe you also need to
sudo apt-get install -f

Download the file again. Maybe from a different link, Scorpius usually uploads the file to more than one service.

But before that I would suggest that you try installing it from the application manager; open the app manager, navigate to all apps and then look for yappari there.

in which repo should it be found? I have the stock ones + devel.

I installed from the mirror and it worked!

I would assume extras-testing, if not, then try extras.

Works really well on my device with Maemo version 21.2011.38-1
First I've tried Yappari 0.0.28 and it failed to register, but the latest 0.0.33 is great!
I should really consider a donation, just keep up the good work!
