It just posted today, but with a mini-to-micro, 32+G in the n810 might be possible...

hi, i was thinking of this product as well
http://www.ably.com.tw/pdt/vpics.asp...6411252172.jpg

but the SD card socket is 4mm tall.... how does one stash the SD card in the n810 chassis?

With a miniSD (why use micro?) interface an flexible PCB one could solder an SD card directly to the PCB for a lower profile...

That's WAY cheaper than this project: http://www.remotefactory.com/32gbn810sdSSMetal.html

Keep in mind dealextreme takes FOREVER to ship out orders. Wonder if it fits the N810 (probably still need a replacement battery cover) if anyone tests this please reply to this thread.

It depends on their supplier. I received orders in 10 days and others, after 1 month, didn't even ship.

You can get a really nice SD to MicroSD adapter through Amazon for like 35c.

Are you sure you don't mean MicroSD to SD?

Well, the adapter is SD, but the card you put in it is Microsd. Everyone else keeps saying mini to micro, so I simply said SD to Micro using that same methodology.

EDIT: I just checked out that adapter, and it's darned similar to the mod we saw around here, only cheaper.

Yeah that dealextreme adapter ($6) plus a micro-sd => mini-sd (under $1) should do the trick for N810. I'm just not sure about the length of the cable though it looks about right.
