Interested to have a digital compass like android on our nokia N900. But i didn't get it yet. Anybody make it or have an idea. please do it.

AGTL gas compass but it only wprks when you are moving. and if i remebmer right, mappero had somekind of compass too.

A digital compass is hardware, you can't add it with software.
As for a compass based on your GPS location AND movement, try Columbus.

Unfortunately there is no compass on our n900. It would make a perfect accessory for sky map apps and augmented reality apps, like in several modern android devices.

I think a compass that work with N900 internel gps and show the direction on moving. is it possible???

Get some analogous clock app and point the hour hand at the sun. South (or north - depending on the hemisphere) is between the hour hand and 12 o'clock.
You have to correct that for the deviation of your local longitude from the one of the meridian that defines your time zone (4 minutes for every degree) which is easy because you have a GPS receiver.

GPSJinni is the most minimalistic GPS app that includes a compass. Very handy for keeping the GPS receiver powered on as well.
