Dude, I have those problems with my stuff too. not because its all cr@p, but somehow everything fails when your showing it to others. Just show them the camera WITH flash, the FM transmitter and the Sixaxis support features, and the iphone-lovers will be gone.

No normal person is ever gonna be impressed by an n900 next to an iphone4. If you think so you are in serious denial. If you happen to find a linux fan you may be able to sway him but that's about it.

The facebook issue comes with the fact that the new update now has the photos come up like a slide show and its really annoying on the N900 screen

If I'm not taking out my N900, I noticed that their topics would usually along the line of the iPhone cases comparsion, which will get bored and dead-air very soon.
I didn't say iPhone is not good. It's very good, too good that everyone uses.

Restart your browser close all your microb windows including bookmarks the first window that launches when you first open the browser.
